I don't know if I agree with you <rant> why is it that libertarians always have a firm opinion and never doubt on everything? </rant> but I loved the comparison of bad students to junk bonds.

Well I suppose the logic is, the more confident you appear the easier it is to sway those without a position. Yeah so it's all image.
