I was calling GE credit card services today. In the phone menu there was an option "To review the status of your account with the credit bureaus, press 1". Naturally, I press 1 and the system tells me to write them a letter, blah-blah-blah, by writing we can comply with all the federal regulations

On Bezeq (Land line telephone provider) site, there is a banner for a service. When you click it, you get to some page where you have to fill the necessary data, print it and fax to Bezeq.
